DT64系列硅二极管温度计选用了适用于低温温度测量的特制硅二极管。相比普通硅二极管,DT64系列硅二极管有重复性好、离散性小、低温下阻值随温度变化相对高而易于测量等特点。所有DT64系列硅二极管温度计都较好地遵循一条电压-温度(V-T)曲线,因而具有更好的可互换性。
